Your dog will be taken care of by a team of dog experts who will provide great customer service for both you and your furry friend.
At check-in, you select from a menu of services for your dog to customize their stay. During the stay, you may choose to bring your own food or we provide high-quality dog food, Chicken Soup for the Dog Lovers Soul, for your pet. Dogs are fed according to your requested schedule and have four individual potty times in outside play yards daily. At bedtime, with the owner’s permission, all dogs receive a peanut butter stuffed Kong.
For an additional fee, you can have us train your dog while you’re gone. Your dog will be trained in the areas you specify. You can also order grooming service for your dog prior to pick up.

Your
Current on Vaccinations
Your dog must be current on vaccinations for Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella
Flea Free
Your dog must be flea free. All dogs are checked at the door before they are allowed to play with their furry friends.
Check-up Exam
Your dog must be up-to-date with its annual exam (by a veterinarian).
No Coughing Allowed
Bordetella is required every six months.
Confirmation of Records
We need confirmation of required vaccinations when making reservations. Your veterinarian may fax them to our office.

Pets arriving before stated check-in or check out time is being groomed or in daycare that day.
Check-out time is 1:00 p.m., unless the dog is being groomed or in daycare that day.
Same family dogs requiring separate kennels are charged at the single dog pricing per dog.
More than 3 dogs in one kennel is $17 each additional dog per day.
**We do require that your dog is current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella & monthly flea preventative.**
Kennel food is available, although it is highly recommended to bring your own food so that no
charge in food occurs, not cause upset stomachs for an additional $3.00 per day
If needed, insulin shots can be given to our employees, this will be an additional $5 per shot
Dogs are taken to individual play yards a minimum of 4 times per day, which is included in the daily fee.
There is additional exercise/potty breaks every 30 minutes.
At bedtime, each dog is given a peanut-butter-filled Kong to help soothe them into sleep for an additional $3.00 per night.
Our kennels are heated and air conditioned, with the temperature being maintained between 63-70 degrees at all times. We have custom-designed our kennels with the comfort of your dog in mind. We DO NOT have heated flooring.
Ask about our optional board and train for your dog while you are away. Stop in at any time to take a tour of our facility (We highly recommend this!!!).

We highly recommend touring the facility at any time during our regular hours. Please make boarding reservations well in advance to secure your dog’s kennel. We need confirmation of required vaccinations when making reservations. Your veterinarian may email them to our office.
